John Cachero Photography had the pleasure of photographing Kelly and Marty, who celebrated their wedding cermony in Renaissance Court and their reception in Baker Hall in the gorgeous Norfolk Botanical Gardens in Norfolk, Virginia.

While I was with Kelly as she and the ladies got ready, and Jesse Courtemanche was with Marty and the fellas, we all remained in high spirits despite the sporadic downfall of rain.  Leaving the hotels on the way to Botanical Gardens, however, the rain started coming down hard and threatened to put a damper on our day.  Fortunately, as soon as Kelly was in her wedding dress, we were blessed by the weather, and the rain stopped just long enough for Kelly and Marty to have the beautiful outdoor wedding they had been waiting for.  As much fun as I had shooting their engagement portraits, I had even more fun capturing their wedding day.  Thanks, you two, and congratulations!

John Cachero Photography had the pleasure of photographing Kelly and Marty’s engagement portraits in the beautiful Norfolk Botanical Gardens in Norfolk, Virginia.  These two were an absolute joy to shoot.  Not only were they willing to do anything I suggested, but they also were open to the artistic direction from my friend and fellow photographer, Jesse Courtemanche.  We had a great time getting to know Kelly and Marty, and I’m sure the rapport we established with each other will translate into an equally fun experience when Jesse and I shoot their wedding in May.
