John Cachero Photography had the pleasure of shooting Old Dominion University graduation portraits as well as couple portraits for Brittany B. at the Chesapeake Arboretum.
One of the great things about being a professional photographer since 2009 is that I've been able to provide my photography services to many of my clients as they hit other major life milestones after the first one I was fortunate to capture for them. Most commonly, for many of my wedding couples, I've been allowed to photograph their maternity photos and then their family portraits.
Just recently, a former senior portrait client, Brittany, contacted me for a portrait session. Here's a quick look back at her senior portrait photographs I took when she was graduating from Tallwood High School in Virginia Beach:
Brittany had a request that we do a hybrid photography session. First, she was super excited to be graduating from Old Dominion University this spring, so we needed to do some graduation portraits. Second, she and her long-time boyfriend had yet to have any professional photos done, so we needed to also do a couple portrait session. I happily obliged.
Here are some of my favorite photos from our hybrid lifestyle portrait photography session at the Chesapeake Arboretum:
Over the years, I had been in contact with Brittany because she works at the Apple Store, however, it was fantastic to get her in front of the lens again. I love the relationships that are formed when I have the opportunity to photograph clients.
Brittany disclosed to me that if she were to get married, no matter where she was living, that I would be the one she'll hire to shoot her wedding. I, of course, will happily do so when that day arrives.
